Matias Cam 👋

I am an AI Architect and Machine Learning Engineer at Fackelmann Group, leading the design and implementation of the company’s AI Strategy Plan. My work combines technical AI development (multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, generative AI) with business transformation, helping teams in IT, Marketing, E-commerce, and Sales automate and make data-driven decisions. Previously, I worked at Marvik AI on large-scale AI projects for companies like Rappi and Mercado Libre, developing semantic search engines, RAG pipelines, and fraud detection models. I’m currently based in Berlin, completing my Master’s in Analytics and Artificial Intelligence at ESMT Berlin while continuing to build AI systems at Fackelmann that connect innovation with real business impact.
