Juan Fuenzalida Ascencio 👋

I am a product design engineer, graduated from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, with an expertise in web and logo design. I am passionate about creating innovative and functional solutions that meet the needs of users and clients, using agile methodologies and continuous improvement. My most recent work experience was at SafetyMind as a Product Development and Marketing Engineer (March 2024 - August 2024). There, I managed and updated the CRM, developed solutions, coordinated strategic meetings with clients, prepared status reports, and crafted technical and commercial proposals. I also programmed and automated reports with JavaScript, improved the WordPress website, implemented lead generation forms and A/B marketing campaigns, and participated in events and networking. Before that, I worked at Desis Limitada - Facturación.cl as a Continuous Improvement Trainee Engineer (September 2023 - November 2023), contributing to the continuous improvement of the software, providing high-value services for clients in a real work environment. At Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, I was a Support Engineer at CIMER (May 2023 - July 2023), assisting in the Valparaíso Emprende Program, where I helped boost the reach and products of women entrepreneurs in the V Region. As a Product Design Engineering Intern at Lab4U (August 2022 - December 2022), I participated in the design and prototyping of a web platform for teachers' class planning, using Figma, Design Thinking, and Scrum, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Lastly, at Grupo Tomicic, I worked as a Graphic Designer (February 2022 - March 2022), creating images, photomontages, and social media materials. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a Product Designer Engineer, contributing with my creativity, communication, and project management skills.
