This foundation remains a core part of my value: I not only understand the technical dimension, but I also know how to translate it into priorities, decisions, structure, and results.Today, I am at a different stage in my career. In addition to continuing to lead the technical aspects of the projects we develop, I am focused on strengthening the company's management, building the commercial front, and better connecting technology, operations, and growth. I am particularly interested in creating structures that allow for clearer sales, more disciplined execution, and the development of solutions that a company can truly adopt and sustain.I am complementing this evolution with training in strategic negotiation and sales management to develop a more robust business vision without losing execution capabilities.I feel especially comfortable in contexts where it is necessary to organize, decide, structure and advance an initiative by combining technical criteria, leadership and commercial focus.
