Hi, I’m Fiorella Paolino — Frontend Developer used to working in imperfect systems and making them more coherent over time. I usually join teams at early or growing stages, where structure is still evolving. I’m comfortable working close to product decisions, refactoring legacy code, and turning unstable or experimental solutions into maintainable systems. My focus is frontend architecture: clean separation of concerns, predictable state, reusable components and code that other developers can understand and extend. I care a lot about how decisions made today affect scalability, performance and team velocity tomorrow. I’ve worked with JavaScript and TypeScript across web and mobile contexts, integrating APIs, handling complex UI logic, and collaborating closely with backend and product roles. I’m not attached to tools — I’m attached to solving problems properly. I learn continuously through real challenges, and I actively improve my English to work in international environments.
