Under my leadership in several projects, I was entrusted with the development of a team of 1,200 people nationwide (Regional Managers, Regional KAMs, City Managers, Supervisors, Promoters), being responsible for measuring the results of the commercial team in retail channels (Sell-in / Sell-thru and Sell-out). The KPIs of my area are communicated to the management of Mexico using PSI, CPFR, P&L, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and dashboard generation formats.
