I currently serve as General Manager at Virtual Business, a B2B managed services provider specializing in cybersecurity, cloud, automation, and modern workplace technologies. I lead full commercial operations: business development, enterprise account management, proposal design, negotiation, and closing for mid-market and enterprise clients. I also manage partner ecosystems with global technology vendors and oversee CRM-based pipeline governance, including complex proposals with SLA frameworks and multi-year contract structures. Alongside that, I specialize in helping organizations adopt artificial intelligence strategically — not as a trend, but as a concrete tool to improve operations, make better decisions, and free up human capacity for what actually matters. I focus on identifying where AI has real impact, how it can be implemented practically, and how it can be sustained over time within an organization. I've built commercial relationships that go beyond a sale. I walk alongside clients through decisions that shape their operations for years — and today, that includes preparing them for what's coming next.
