As a Business Intelligence Analyst at EY, I lead a team of 10 people who provide data-driven solutions for various departments and management areas within the organization. We create ETLs, maintain databases, and develop dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, using SQL, SSIS, and other tools. I have been working in this role for more than 9 years, and I have successfully managed projects for global online applications of Finance, Markets, People Insight, and My Engagement. My passion is to leverage data and technology to optimize business processes, enhance decision making, and generate insights. I have a diploma in data science from UADE Business School, and I am certified in SAP, ITIL, and MCITP. I also have previous experience as a BI consultant and analyst for Prisma Medios de Pago and Banco Hipotecario, where I led the migration of hundreds of DTS to SSIS, reduced the reprocess ratio, and created reports in QlikView. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team, and I value simplicity, responsibility, and curiosity.
