Systems Engineer with over 6 years of experience leading and deploying end-to-end Big Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence solutions across the Mining, ERP, Agribusiness, and Education sectors. Currently pursuing specializations in Project Management and Data Architecture, I bring a unique blend of enterprise expertise and entrepreneurial leadership gained from startup incubators. My focus is on driving business value and process optimization by embedding a Data-Driven culture and utilizing frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean Six Sigma, and Design Thinking. As a specialist in Data Architecture and Engineering, I design and manage scalable cloud and on-premise infrastructures (Azure, AWS, Databricks, SQL Server), encompassing Lakehouse architectures, robust ETL/ELT pipelines, and REST APIs. I possess deep technical expertise in the complete Machine Learning lifecycle—from data collection, feature engineering, and PCA, to developing advanced predictive models, neural networks, and optimization systems using Keras, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, and PyTorch. I am highly experienced in MLOps, successfully leading the deployment of ML models into production through training/inference pipelines, Canary deployments, A/B testing, and continuous monitoring. Deeply committed to scientific innovation, I actively research Deep Learning, LLMs, Computer Vision, and Data Engineering at the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa.
