Throughout the development of my professional career I have worked with different products and clients, I have managed software QA frameworks to develop test cases for Functional and Non-functional scenarios, participated in regression testing and defect mitigation. My work besides QA has been focus to IT support in which I have management of different tools included but not limited to: Microsoft (SharePoint, Visual Studio, SQL Server Jr, etc). Domain of Active Directory, System Support, IP Phones (endpoint setup) and Kapersky Security. Sharepoint administrator, Technical Support, these are some of the technical works I have done so far. I'm a very proactive person with capacity to solve problems, great leadership and committed. My objective is to keep learning, grow and contribute with the projects of the institution.
